Friday, September 30: Important camp paperwork (health information, Camp Pinewood waiver, etc.) will be handed out to students. Parents, this paperwork will require you to fill in information and provide a few signatures.
Friday, October 7: The coffee orders will be given to the students at the end of the school day. If your student rides a bus and will have multiple bags of coffee/hot chocolate, you may want to pick up your student this day.
Wednesday, October 26: All camp paperwork (signed and filled out) is due as well as the camp fee ($90 for students, $42 for chaperones). Checks need to be made out to Sparta Middle School. We will let you know before this date how much your child will owe for camp if he/she sold coffee/hot chocolate for the fundraiser.
As a final note, WE ARE IN NEED OF MORE MALE CHAPERONES! If there is a dad, grandpa, uncle, cousin, brother, etc. who would like to attend camp with us, please e-mail Karen Owen (karen.owen@staff.spartaschools.org).
